If you find a property that you’re interested in, click on the listing through our website. On the righthand side, you will see a “Contact Us” button. Select this, and fill out your information. You may also enter optional information here, such as income and credit score estimates. Submit this form and somebody will reach out to you shortly.

We’ll be happy to get a tour scheduled for you at your desired property. Please allow at least 24-hours notice so we can notify the occupying tenants that we will be stopping by. To view our available listings, select the “Rentals” tab on our website.
Your security deposit will be due upon lease signing. You can pay this through the tenant portal or by mailing a check to our office. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
On move-in day, the admin fee and pro-rated rent will be due. Pro-rated rent is determined based on your move-in date, compared to the end of the month and your rental price. You will not receive your keys until all fees have been paid.
Based on the move-in date shown within your lease, we will communicate with you regarding a time to come pick up your keys at the office. Your fees will need to be paid (deposit, admin fee, pro-rated rent) and you will need to have proof of renters insurance.
Yes, you can pay your rent online through your tenant portal with a credit/debit card. You can also pay via checking account, money order, or by check sent to us here at the office!
If you’d like to pay rent with a check, please mail the check for the next month’s rent two weeks in advance. This will ensure your rent payment is not late. Make sure your full name is shown on the check, and that the memo line reads “month Rent.” You can mail your checks to the address shown below:
